Return Process

  Log into your KMC account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused chain or accessory in its original retail box, ensuring all master links and documentation are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
